📩 I can’t log in using the Login Link from my email. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in with the Login Link, here are a few things to check:

1. Open the Login Link on the Same Device

Make sure you’re opening the email and tapping the Login Link on the same device where the Stamp Quest app is installed. The link won’t work properly if opened on a different device.

2. Use the Default Email App

Some third-party email apps (like Outlook or Spark) may not handle Login Links correctly. Try opening the email in your phone’s default email app (e.g., Apple Mail on iPhone, Gmail on Android) and tap the link again.

3. Set Your Default Browser to Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android)

Some login Link issues are caused by non-default browsers. Please try setting Safari as your default browser on iOS or Chrome on Android, then retry the login link from your email.

4. Check That the App is Installed

Before tapping the Login Link, ensure the Stamp Quest app is already installed on your device. If not, install the app first, then return to the email and tap the link again.

5. Resend the Login Link if Needed

Login Links expire after a short time. If it’s been more than a few minutes since the email arrived, go back to the app’s login screen and request a new Login Link.
